Steamed Egg Pudding | How to Make Chawanmushi at Home


This video teaches you how to make chawanmushi at home.
Here is my recipe.

– 1 egg
– 1/2 tsp sugar
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tbsp mirin
– 150 ml sea tangle stock
– Chopped green onion
– 2 frozen fish cake slices
